Generates as many pages as needed from the chapters the engine detects. "TOC Title" customizes the contents page heading. Truncate cuts long titles with "…" — Wrap flows them onto multiple lines. "+ Add current page…" adds the page you're currently viewing as a new TOC entry — useful when the EPUB's own table of contents is thin or missing. "Edit Chapters…" lets you hide chapters (or remove ones you added), and also rename each one (the name is used in the TOC, the chapter selector, wherever "Chapter Title" is shown, and in the exported XTC's own chapter index).

"Current" stacks the book and chapter progress bars separately. "Classic" is a single bar with a position marker — use "Show Marker" and the three sliders to adjust it. "Side Margin" is the horizontal margin of the bar and of the Header/Footer text. To show the chapter title, add it to Header or Footer in HEADER & FOOTER ELEMENTS.
